Interactive tours that contest currently predominant narratives enacted by the Egyptian Museum in Cairo and interact with it as a site and body of collective and nationalist memory. The tours encourage speculation around the objects in the museum, changing our relationship with the past where the museum becomes a place of fiction. It builds relationships with Egyptian heritage away from orientalism, Egyptomania and nationalist propaganda.
